Do I get immediate access after joining?
You’ll receive immediate access to the The Sunday Practice. If you join a waitlist or early access list, you’ll be notified when the next season opens.

Can I cancel The Sunday Practice?
Yes—you can cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable, and you’ll retain access through the remainder of that period.

How is The Sunday Practice delivered?
The Sunday Practice is delivered digitally through the Sundaymood platform. You will receive weekly guidance, reflections, and prompts every Sunday morning.

The Artifacts (Products)

What are The Artifacts?
The Artifacts are physical and digital tools designed to support your rituals—whether or not you are participating in The Sunday Practice.

Do I need The Sunday Practice to use The Artifacts?
No. The Artifacts are designed to be used independently or alongside The Sunday Practice.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, shipping availability may be limited. Any available international options will be shown at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at rituals@meetsundaymood.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review and resolve accordingly.

Can I return or exchange a product?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
